Can the truck be steered

Sorry, that feature is not on this truck.

It says this truck can have light & sound but it isn't included? How do I get this?

Sorry not sure if it came with it as purchased quite a time ago. Bruder sell a seperate light and sound module available on Amazon. We have bought several as the fit most bruder trucks. Great toy by the way.

Can other cars be used to lift onto the tow truck using the hoist?

can't see why not the truck is stable, but it is my grandsons so is at his house and i don't see it regularly

Breakdown truck and jeep set

Arrived promptly and a instant hit with my 4 year old son. The lifting sling for the jeep is a bit fiddly for his age but it works well with his other Bruder toys as they are the same scale.well made of high quality plastic

Not all models are of the same quality

I have bought bruder toys over many years and have been of good quality. Be careful which models are purchased as some are not as sturdy as they used to be.Still are good value and my 6 year old grandson has loved them all since he was 2 years old .

This was purchased for our grandson on recommendation of his parents. It is strong, sturdy, and he plays with it a lot - which is good when these items are expensive, but worth every penny.

Hours of fun

My young Grandson has had hours of fun with this and now he’s older his little sister is enjoying it as well. It’s lasted very well. Bruder make very good toys.

Fun for lots of breakdown rescues

Bought this for my vehicle-mad 5 y/o. It is fair to say he loves it, but the fact that the big truck does not steer (ie. the wheels are only able to go straight ahead) really frustrates him. Also, the doors do not open. Little things that could have made a big difference. The jeep does steer, which is good, but is made from a thinner, cheaper sort of plastic than what you would expect from Bruder. The spare tyre on the back has a tendency to fall off too. However, there are lots of ways to do rescues and pickups with it, so lots of fun to be had. Overall it's good, but could have been better.
