I have been struggling recently with plenty of conditions like bloating, constipation, depression, weight gain, fatigue, insomnia, pms, skin diseases… today is my second day taking magnolia bark and I have the impression that they are all being solved! These pills just curb my appetite, made me smile again, brought my energy back plus help me sleep better. Only negative side effect is that it makes my teeth super sensitive… hopefully it won’t last. Update: teeth sensitivity was unbearable I had to stop taking the pills.

These tablets combined with two others have given me a much greater sleep duration. From 4 to 5 hours to 7 or 8. Would not be without them now.

I tried to leave these out one night and my sleep suffered. I got only 5 hours sleep instead of 7-8. Lesson learnt!

These supplements come in a plastic bottle, that measures 8.8cm tall with a diameter of 4.7cm. The plastic used in the bottle is polyethylene terephthalate (PET or PETE), which should be widely recyclable. The lid is easy to open as there is no childproof lock, and the inner foil seal is reasonably easy to break through with your thumb. The capsules themselves are 2.1cm long with a diameter of 0.7cm. They are an easy to swallow shape, so should be fine for most people to swallow without any issue, especially if taken with water. According to the directions, the dosage is 1 capsules per day. This means that as the jar contains 60 capsules, there should be enough to last approximately two months (60 days). Each capsule is said to contain 400mg of Magnolia bark (Magnolia officinalis). According to the label, the other ingredients are: brown rice flour, glazing agent: gelatin (capsule); separating agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids These supplements are not suitable for either Vegans or Vegetarians. The jar I received had a best before date of 3 years from the time I received it. In conclusion, it is always hard to recommend supplements, because what works for one may not work for another. I’ve been battling depression since childhood. This combined with gly-nac, lions mane, mag l threonate and few other supplements in my stack has made getting out of bed, brushing teeth and eating something possible during a challenging time. My only dislike is the rice bran fillers used, considering it’s a capsule and not a tablet. I will probably look for a version without filler. Would recommend. Took 4 days to feel a difference, stopped for 3 days to check it wasn’t a placebo, and did feel more mentally heavy 48hrs-80hrs after stopping. Beats taking anti depressants and dealing with the side effects that come with it. Speak to your gp and do your own research before doing this.

These are good and l stopped taking them due to vomitting (food related) and soon started to miss them. They calm the chattering voice in my head. Recommended.
