Are these t shirts good quality with neat stitching which will look classy on there own or under a cardigan/blazer?

In warm/hot weather do these stick to your skin or hang flowing? Not sure if that is what they mean by,"Heavy Cotton" you see...

The cotton is heavier than in some other T-shirts which I think helps them keep there shape, I don't find that they stick any more than other T-shirts
