It does not stop you sweating as there is not antiperspirant, it’s completely natural so healthier for the body to naturally sweat but you do not ever smell, it gives a delicate fresh odour. I’m in a hot country and sweat a lot but feel better for using these products even the pump sprays. I have all of them pumps and roll ons and use them all year round.
