My little one has a spoonful of oil with his food, as that ensures he is getting all he needs for a healthy brain, heart, bones and lungs. Having tasted the oil myself (he never eats anything that I would not be happy eating myself, is a golden rule) it has a taste that very similar to "Juicy Fruit" chewing gum from Wrigleys. Am not sure if that means anything to most folks but those that do recognize it will know well, what I mean. In terms of consistency it has a good fluidity and appearance. I keep mine in the fridge, to maintain freshness. Pros: - Babies seem to have no issue with the taste! - Good quality oil & relatively pure Cons; - Relatively pricey for the size. - Shelf life is just ok. Summary; The benefits of Omega 3 supplementation are way beyond this review and should be researched and informed by every single parent! This oil is a good way to accomplish that objective at a reasonable price point. Its not the cheapest oil, but if your giving it to children - it really should be purified (nitrogen flushed, is the best) to unsure you remove mercury & PCBs which build up in natural fish. I would have no hesitation in giving this to my little one, and do so everyday.

Been using this for years for my Son who has severe autism and needs extra support due to his diet. Recent blood tests have proved the difference a large spoonful in his yogurt each night has made. Thank you.

I like the produit but the quantity is a little compared to the price

This is pretty disgusting but my three year old takes it happily (as long as it’s promptly followed by something to take the taste away) and I have definitely noticed a change in her since she’s been taking it. She’s been more socially confident and we’ve had fewer irrational meltdowns. I chose this brand because of its purity and because of the high dose of DHA, which all the research says is the important one for children. It’s quite pricey but worth it for the effects.

I'm amazed at this product, after a week my sister in law commented how much my son had come on, he sleeps better, he eats better and his speech is getting there more and more (he's only 21 months). The only thing is the taste he's not very keen and it can be a struggle but other than that well worth the money.

good but expensive can’t afford it !

I bought this fish oil after lots of research, it seemed to be the best. I wanted my baby to have good eye and brain development and I had also read that it is good for eczema. His eczema has cleared up a lot since take 5ml a day of fish oil, could just be a coincidence but I'm not going to stop! Good to know that he is getting al the omega 3 that is so important. He LOVES the taste of it too and gobble it off the spoon! I would highly recommend this product.

I'm a big supporter of supplement especially if you don't get enough vitamins or minerals from your food. My children are picky eaters and don't get enough omegas. Before buying this I done I lot of research and also tried different brands, all other omega brands are either capsules, taste to strong or not rda. I'll be honest my children are not fussy with the tutti fruity taste but I've mastered the art of getting them to have it everyday hehehe, on there evening meal I will pour it In There drinks do mix it and they don't have a clue. Me and my wife have noticed a big improvement in both children especially when it comes to learning and memory. I have a 2 year old and I don't know if it's a placebo effect but since giving her this she can pronounce words better and is not as hypo active either. My 5 year old has succeeded in her class which made us proud. Sometimes the stuff what she does and says shocks us both and can't believe someone her age would be doing this stuff. I do t believe that it's all down to the omegas but I do believe that it's a major contributor.
