Very good product

While I love the idea of this, it really was not beneficial for me at all. Theoretically I believe it is a good idea and I have use other exercises for my hands but this one is so soft. I can't even feel that I'm squeezing it. I think it needs to come with different levels of resistance, depending on the person. I have large hands and probably a much stronger grip than normal, so squeezing this to me, felt like just squeezing my hand with nothing in it. My wife felt it a little bit more and like that it was soft, so maybe be best suited for those who don't have strong hands to begin with or have smaller hands and can't use them more traditional grip strengtheners the material is soft and stitching seems durable, so probably would hold up for somebody who could use it

Good size and texture.

Basically some memory foam inside a fabric case. Might be good for people who can't hold anything at all right now, but too soft for anyone to rebuild grip strength back to a normal level.

Sooo Important in my Shoulder Sugery Recovery!! Because it has Finger Holds...It Reminded Me to Do my excercises All the time!!! Which Rapidly Improved my recovery!! Highly Recommend!!!

I type all day 12 hours a day and am starting to get a lot finger stiffness and arthritis-like symptoms. This little product is very cool and so comfy on my hand. I'm only 2 days into using it but I can already tell I'll be ordering an extra one to leave out handy for myself to pick up and use.
