Genuinely the best hair product I’ve tried (and now the only one I really use)
Bought this, along with the other products the shop offers in the coconut range, because my hair has always been wavy but really dry and thin. I was skeptical about the conditioner at first because it’s aimed at thick, dense hair, which mine absolutely isn’t, and when I used it with the other products (curling cream and shampoo) it made my hair lank and greasy. But then I started using the conditioner on its own with regular cheap shampoo, and my hair has literally never been better. It feels so soft and smooth and pretty after only two uses, and I’m so happy with this product. There’s loads in a bottle and I only use three or four small pumps per wash, so it lasts ages.Honestly I’m amazed that all it took was a really moisturising conditioner to sort my hair out, especially after the endless expensive products I was advised to buy. Can’t recommend enough if you’re just looking for something thoroughly moisturising!

Best conditioner in their range.
I have wavy to curly hair and use multiple shea moisture products. Out of all their conditioners I’ve used, this one actually held my curls and made them look light and bouncy.

Incredible product
I love this conditioner. I have type 3a + 3b curls, but hair dye damage has caused me to have a high porosity texture. So this product has the perfect moisture balance for me, it defines my curls without weighing them down.It smells lovely, which for anyone who has smelled straight neem oil, can understand this is an achievement in it's own right.Only complaints are that: a little goes... a little way. I need to press out 10-15 pumps just for my shoulder length hair. Not appreciated considering the price of this. Also if you have low porosity hair - this conditioner will just not be moisturising enough. This is a relatively light conditioner, I could use this as a leave in

Awful Smell
Bought this for holiday as wanted to go au natural with my curls. Honestly it stinks. I'm not exaggerating it smells like vomit & is so strong. I'm unsure whether it's a faulty batch but the smell is awful. I also wouldn't say it's done a fabulous job at keeping my hair moisturised, I have cheaper conditioners that are better. Would not recommend at all.

Smells nice
Update: Stopped using the product now, it didn't really do anything for my sons problem areas of hair, they remained frizzy and didn't really curl any better. I don't feel it's that moisturising, won't be buying again - I've rotated through most Shea Moisture products now, sadly none of them working for him. I originally went with Shea Moisture due to loads of recommendations from others, but it just didn't do anything other then smell nice.---I brought the shampoo, conditioner and leave-in spray. All 3 smell lovely, not too strong which is nice as the Aus-brand you get in stores is very strong in comparison. But the scent still stays when dry which is nice. The shampoo is alright, nothing special that I've yet to notice. As long as your hair is fully damp, a little goes a long way. It doesn't completely strip the oil out and leave your hair dry like some shampoos do (before you continue with your routine). The conditioner is quite thin, so far I've applied what I usually would rather then extra to see if I'm going to need to. I'd say though, you'd need to use quite a lot unless you're combing through.^ The combo of both is, for me, not much different then the £1 shampoo and conditioners you can get.Leave-in spray - don't overuse it. It makes your hair super greasy. I imagine that's why it says focus on mid and ends. My hair isn't frizzy anymore, though, which I grateful for. I was previously using an oil and it was still frizzing up.--All in all, nothing special, didn't do much for my thick, wavey hair. However my son who is much fairer, has finer hair and curls, it actually got parts of his hair that rarely curl to C-curl which was super cute.I think (judging by other reviews I have also seen) this product works best for people with fine hair. Will try a different one once I run out. And will update if anything changes - might be one of those use for long term, products, to see results.

Great for curly hair
Used as a finishing step after cleansing and deep conditioning my hair, made my hair even softer than it was after the deep conditioning treatment. Smells divine too! I used it from scalp to tip, absolutely no heavy feeling on my hair or scalp, just felt soft and nourished.I have very thick nordic 2c hair. It was a frizzy mess before I got rid of all the silicone heavy products and tried the curly girl method. I am fully hooked now that my hair has volume and definition from root to tip. Will definitely be buying this again, and the deep conditioner and leave-in from the same brand as they too are fantastic.
