good laptop usage with this product

I really like this.Not the most minimal of lap desks but really effective, looks good and it has a really funky pocket at the back so you can slide your battery-powered USB light into the Back of the cushion so you don't lose it and it's just where you want it to be.Pocket on the right-hand side with a little zip gives you access to where you plug in the batteries to power the USB and then put them away again.I really like it, a little too expensive for what it is but then thought has gone into it so I guess I would buy it again if I had to.

Considering how sturdy it is, it's pretty lightweight! The LED lamp that comes with it is great, although I'd plug it in to the USB port of a laptop if you're using it as a laptop stand (as it needs 4 batteries to power the USB socket in the cushion itself).Great size, comfortable to sit over your lap and stops the laptop overheating. I was originally on the fence about buying this because of the price, but it's worth it with the quality you get - a lot of laptop stands/cushions are really flimsy or uncomfortable.

Finding a laptop tray that is comfortable, stylish, useful, and keeps you cool is not easy. In my case it also had to fit in with the surrounds of a Elizabethan cottage. So lots of timber and black. This happily ticks all those boxes. It's nicely elevated, the memory foam exceptionally comfortable, the space just right for either a 15 inch latptop with the light attached, or 17 inch without. The light is the right level of power, and tucks away nicely in a back pocket when you don't need it. The battery pack it uses is also unobtrusive and can't be felt through the memory foam. All in all a big improvement on the beanbag filled efforts you can get for less and look like trash after a few weeks use.

Very comfortable and stylish. Although the board material is covered MDF it looks good. One thing to be careful of though. The USB socket which is powered by 4 AA batteries should only be used for the supplied LED light in my opinion as the voltage at the socket is around 6 volts much higher than the usual 5 volts that is supplied from a standard USB socket.

Really impressed by the sleek design. Everything's been well thought about for ease of use. It's quite heavy but once on your lap, it sits nice & comfortable. I would of given this lap desk 5 stars but settled for 4 as i think it's a little over priced, but I highly recommend it as it's ticks the right boxes for me.

I use this working from home and gaming, with a rigid mouse mat at the side for a bit more space - my laptop is quite large (15x10 inch) and heavy but the memory foam makes it comfortable. The quality is great (I haven't used the reading light much). The surface is tilted at an angle but if sitting in a reclining armchair you can reverse the desk for a horizontal meal tray which is a bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Bought this item for my wife as she does adult colouring as a hobby. She loved it and uses it most days. Excellent item, well built and the lamp bends to your needs. Requires 4 AA batteries and is LED so lasts long enough. Very happy with this purchase.
