Does this protein Formula help build muscle? thanks :)

Well, it did it for me as I used it in smoothies before and after exercise with the right kind of healthy carbs together. In order to build muscle you don't only need protein but also healthy carbohydrates (energy) to get the proteins to your cells. Is a healthy vegan kind of alternative and I have been very happy with it. I often use also the sister product Garden of Life Raw Fit as the protein content in that one is bigger. However you could also just increase the dosage of this one.

Is this powder free of sugar and sweetners/flavourings as these upset my stomach. Thanks
