Sure they would. If they can keep water out, then they'll keep dampness/moisture in. When finished, turn inside out to air off to stop mould or mildew forming.

Very sorry that this cannot be estimated for you, it need to see the size of your sleeping bag after folding, you can choose the appropriate capacity according to the size

Q: The description says it has a 10L capacity- is this correct?

I have the smaller one that has a 2L capacity , I use mine for swimming and can get 2 wet swimming costumes in it ! They do go up to 10 L capacity.
