Q: Can this make foundation last longer?

Yes. I find it helps keep my make-up fresh for longer and prevents shine developing on my nose. I also sometimes use it without foundation when I don't want to look made-up but just need something to smooth out my complexion. I wouldn't be without it.

I think it will. Sink in to the skin without going flaky.

Q: Does this primer prevent oil breaking through foundation?

I would say so. The foundation glides on much easier with this primer. Stops shinyness when used on top of moisturiser if you want your face bare such as holidays etc.
