Organic Aloe Vera Gel, Natural, Vegan, Cruelty Free, Paraben and SLS Free, Cooling, Soothing, 200 ml

I tried this aloe vera gel for the first time recently after reading on a natural beauty blog how good it is for acne. I have PCOS and have suffered with acne for about 12 years now (ie too long!!). My acne is less severe than it used to be but I still get very sore inflamed spots that are very painful, especially around my period. I've been using this product for around 2 weeks now (applying it morning and evening to spot prone areas) and can already see a huge difference in my skin. It is less inflamed, smoother, softer and my acne scars are beginning to fade. I wish I had known about this as a teenager as it is cheap, natural and doesn't have any nasty drying affects like some topical treatments you can buy/are prescribed. The odd reviews has mentioned that this gel irritated their eyes and I also find it can be a little stingy if applied on skin near the eye area (e.g uppercheeks). However, if I shut my eyes for a few seconds once I've applied the gel to skin near-ish my eyes, whatever the irritant is soon disappears and the gel doesn't affect my eyes one bit. If you have problematic skin I'd say definitely give this gel a try!

I suffer from a combination of acne prone skin and Rosacea which means that my skin is very sensitive and reacts to pretty much anything. I started using aloe vera gel because I heard it was good for redness and acne scaring. I've been using it on-off for about 6 months now and whilst I can't honestly say there's any difference to my scaring, it definitely helps with the redness. My only issue I find this slightly drying. It's soothing and cooling when applied to my skin but I find it leaves a barrier which can sometimes feel a bit tight. I solve this by adding 1 - 2 drops of Jojoba oil into the aloe vera gel and it makes a lovely soft moisturiser. It's honestly the only moisturiser I've used that doesn't aggravate my Rosacea and break me out. It's also brilliant for any emergency breakouts that happen. I apply it every 3 - 4 hours in that instance and my breakouts are gone within a day or two at the most. I also find coconut oil and argan oil good moisturisers as long as they're 100% organic as there's no messy ingredients in there to aggravate the redness. I'm aware there are some synthetics in this which I'm not too keen on (hence only 4 stars) however the main product is aloe vera and they don't seem to be having a detrimental effect. Honestly, if anyone's reading this and suffers with any of the issues I've mentioned, give it a go. I tried it on a whim and it's the best product I've used. Also came in very handy when I burnt my finger on my straighteners!

I'd heard aloe vera is good for skin problems, so when I had a hard-to-get-rid-of sore/dry place on my face I decided to give this a go. This product is totally natural and gentle, with a light smell and a gel consistency. It glides onto the skin easily and dries quickly, but I found if used over a larger area it pulls slightly on the skin when it does, perhaps like a face mask might do. That said, it isn't painful in the slightest and the skin can still be moved easily. I used it nightly and after only a few days found the sore/dry skin was shrinking. With continued use it disappeared completely and I have had no recurrence. I have used only the smallest amount and so far it doesn't make any difference to the appearance of the tube. I would imagine the 200ml tube would last for many months even if I was still using it now. The price represents great value and the tube holds plenty for regular use. From now on, any skin problems I might have will be treated with a good dollop of aloe vera. Excellent natural product, highly recommended.

I'm in love with this product! I have plenty of scars on my legs which has left me with low self esteem, so I desperately wanted a product that would reduce the appearance of them. I was using another scar product before using this product and saw little improvement, I understand that it may take time to see improvement but I have a horrible trait of being really impatient so I decided to buy this after reading the good reviews about it After receiving this product I used it right away and continue to use it three times a day. After about 3 days, I kid you not, my scars have become a little lighter (look a little faded) I know it's only a minor improvement, but an improvement is better than no improvement, and for visible results in a short space of time has made me the happiest person! I also love that the tiniest bit goes a long way. I used a drop on one scar but was able to cover the side of my leg which is always a good thing when you want the product to last for awhile. I have started to use this on my face as it has amazing moisturising properties. I was sceptic about using this product on my face as I have really sensitive skin but after reading that it's good for sensitive skin I thought I'd give it ago because I have places on my skin which are really dry and some places which are oily. I used this product before bed and when I woke up my skin was literally the softest it's ever been, I now use it before putting on my makeup as it makes it easier for the foundation to blend. Although products work differently on everyone, I would still highly recommend this product!

This gel has proved to be the best treatment yet for my wife's itchy skin. She has an allergic reaction to the immunotherapy tablets she is on which results in this itchy rash. The gel from a home grown Aloe plant was good, but this gel is better and easier.
