Yes - just need the correct lead. I have mine connected via standard 1/4" jacks to a Roland Juno DS

Hello. I've only used this for an electric organ/piano, and it goes up to full volume without distorting. My guess is that it would be fine for electric drums in a house or perhaps a small hall. Probably not powerful enough for a large space. BW. Martin.
