This is the second mat I’ve bought and I now have the side by side in my home gym. The thick mat provides excellent cushioning and support during workouts. Its durability ensures long-term use, and the non-slip surface adds stability to various poses. The extra thickness is particularly beneficial for joint comfort. Overall, a reliable choice for a comfortable and effective yoga or gym/stretching.

This is a super size mat. It's doesn't slip. I've used it on carpet, wood flooring and decking. It's a good thickness and yes there is a tiny smell at first but it soon wears off. I use it for HiiTand it's been great for that. However, I haven't given it 5 stars because 3 months on, I have actually worn a hole in it from doing HiiT, in particular mountain climbers. It started wearing through at that pressure point about a month in and after a session I would start to find little black bits of rubber on my carpet. I used it yesterday and at the end of my session, I had actually gone through the rubber completely. I do HiiT though 5 times a week so it does get some bashing. If you are using it for less intense exercise or under a machine then it will be brilliant. And I would buy it again, but I shall just have to accept that I will need to replace it every 3 months.

The mat is what I was hoping for. It's dense enough to comfortably kneel on but thin enough to still maintain a hard surface grip that you wouldn't get from a thick yoga mat. It does mark with pressure but the marks go away even with kettlebells and heavy equipment. The edges are rounded in to prevent kick-ins/tripping and within a day it flattens out nicely similar to what you see in a real gym. The mat is sprayed with light oil (probably castor or mineral) to cover up the initial odour of the rubber, but by the time the oil wears out the odour underneath would have gone away — the mat does NOT have an odour unless you press your nose directly on it. At £25 it's a pretty good buy as it is similar to the £75 mats that you would find in a professional gym.

It took me a while to find a mat that wasn’t too wide or too short for my treadmill (Reebok Jet 100z). This mat was the ideal width. Slightly longer than I needed, but not by too much. I’m using to protect and provide cushioning on a tiled floor. So far so good.

Bought this mat to place below my cross trainer to protect the wooden floor and it fits perfectly. It is durable, easy to clean but also quite flexible and soft under foot if it was to be used purely as an excercise mat.

I use this mat to stop my bench from gliding around the floor. It's a good size and thickness. Doesn't look like it would rip or tear easily.Especially helpful if you have a laminated floor like myself. It will protect your floor for marks and damage while also preventing your bench from gliding around. This should also work great for a treadmill or exercise bike too.

Purchased the York Equipment mat for our York 210 exercise bike, the mat was a lot thinner than stated on Amazon. It was a bit too long for the length of our bike, so we rolled it up at the back....it has non slip backing and does not move once the bike was placed on top, due to the rubber coating....we did however, find it hard to move the bike once on the mat. Whilst using the exercise bike on the mat, no sound was heard down stairs and I wondered if my husband was still using the bike....we did find that our exercise bike does leave indentations in the mat, due to the mat been thin....I would say this mat is excellent for a lighter weight exercise cycle or for doing exercises or yoga but not for heavy equipment. ...arrived packed in cellophane and has York imprinted into the rubber at one end....

Compré este producto porque creía que era suficientemente grueso y fuerte como para soportar una bicicleta estática, pero la goma se agujereó al primer intento de colocar la bicicleta encima... parece más como un tipo de ESPUMA, GOMA de MUY MALA CALIDAD

Ottima ergonomia e materiale di alta qualità, l'ho trovato perfetto per l'allenamento in casa e in palestra. si adatta bene ad ogni tipo di superficie e non scivola. Pienamente soddisfatto. appena arriva bisogna aprirlo e l'odore di nuovo andrà via in pochi giorni.

De bonne qualité mais finalement trop mou pour supporter un vélo elliptique semi professionnel. Les pieds marquent mon sol en parquet tout de même à travers ce tapis.

Ich habe auf der Matte ein Laufband stehen. Da ich das Band bisher noch nicht wieder bewegt habe kann ich nicht sagen, ob sich Druckstellen wieder rückbilden oder nicht.Nach dem Auspacken der Matte habe ich sie gleich ausgerollt. Die Matte "legte sich sofort glatt" und schlug keinerlei Wellen. Das Material der Matte macht einen guten Eindruck und einen störenden Geruch konnte ich nicht feststellen.Ich bin mit diesem Teil absolut zufrieden.

Premetto: il prodotto puzza di plastica, ma tenendolo srotolato per un paio di sere l'odore si riduce praticamente a zero.Io ci metto sopra un panca e faccio pesi; il parquet che ho sotto il tappeto non ne ha sofferto minimanete.È ottimo per fare anche yoga perché ti sostiene egregiamente.
