Magnesium is an essential mineral, but a lot of people don't get enough of it, due to processed foods or poor diet choices. I also heard it was slightly depleted in UK soils, therefore UK food theoretically won't contain a lot of it. It's linked to a manner of things, from mood, anxiety and sleep, to digestive disturbances. I thought I'd give this packet a go, to see what happened. I'll admit I was a bit sceptical, but there is a definite (but subtle) effect on anxiety and quality of sleep. I already eat pretty well to begin with, so I'd guess that if your diet is poor or your gut-health is bad, you'll notice a more obvious effect. It's in 5 naturally-occurring forms, which makes it a little less harsh than other supplements, which can give you the runs! My suggestion would be to try the maximum dose (2 capsules) first, both as an initial kick-starter and to see how you go, then drop it back to 1 capsule as you'll be getting some Mg from your diet so won't need to make up the whole 100% from the capsules. You shouldn't be able to poison yourself with this dose, unless you have much bigger problems to worry about, like impaired kidney function. If you're otherwise healthy and the 2 capsules is too much, the worst you'll likely experience is a panicked sprint to the lavatory! Over all I'd recommend these if you know you're not eating enough of this mineral but are otherwise relatively healthy. If you seriously believe yourself to have a significant Mg deficiency you should see your doctor, as you'll probably need to get other nutrient levels tested, for instance potassium and calcium. The capsules are small, tasteless and odourless, and easy to swallow. If you're not a fan of pills and capsules, they are very easy to open (just pull the two halves apart) so you can put the contents into some water.

I have been taking this for over 1 year to help with night cramps, pain and to help me sleep. I ran out and did not take for a week and the pain returned, I recorded and after only 3 days it started to help ease my symptoms so it does work.

Have been suffering with Restless Legs Syndrome for some time but never suffering enough to think about doing something about it! Recently tho it has got quite bad, constantly moving from one end of the settee to the other during the evening while watching tv, getting very anxious and uncomfortable whilst at sit down theatre/cinema visits. Sleeping became a waking nightmare, excuse the pun, 15-20 mins sleep at a time then awake for a while doing cycling/stretching exercises in the air to try and relieve the numbness feeling in my feet and legs! Well, enough was enough, I had to do something about it. I had seen odd mentions previously about magnesium helping, so I decided to look into it. Sure enough it looked like I needed magnesium, based on the information I had read on it together with reviews on various types/forms that were available. I plumped for this brand as I had read positive reviews from people suffering as I am on 3 different sellers sites, including Amazon. Price wise all 3 sites were the same charge however as we have Prime, Amazon were the quickest for delivery. So a week ago my pack arrived. I took my first tablet shortly after it arriving, around 4pm, I kid you not, I hardly fidgeted that evening watching tv and I had a better nights sleep that night, better than I had had in previous months. I don't know if it was the tablet or just me but I felt positive. My husband suggested I perhaps take it nearer our bedtime so that it was stronger in my system, unfortunately I didn't sleep so well that night, restless and fidgety, moved back to 4pm ish time for taking, in my mind I think it needs time to get in my bloodstream. I'm hardly fidgety now in the evening and my sleep is better, I'm still waking up but after say 90 mins but going back off fairly easily. I'm sticking with these tablets for the foreseeable future and hoping that everything gets better. Would definitely recommend trying these at least and seeing how you get on.

I like these magnesium tablets as they are easy on the stomach unlike some other forms of magnesium I have tried. They help with my fatigue, but the best result is stopping my restless legs at night,

A regular purchase…the only magnesium which helps me sleep, and I have tried countless others. Would be helpful to know exactly which types are in this product and in what quantities, rather than the generic info given on the pack.

Amazing. Always works perfect. I used it a few years ago back in England and will keep ordering. Great to fight migraines, muscle pain or to relieve constipation. Also the purest formula I ever came across. SO WORTH IT.

Bought this in hopes of helping me sleep or help wuth my anxiety. Doesn't really seem to be doing anything but it's an easy enough pill to swallow. Good price for the amount you get but shipping takes awhile so make sure to order a month before you need more.
