This little massage piece is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! just received it today and I cannot stop using it on my legs and arms and I did on my husband’s back too, he says it is superb. Honestly get yourself one, it is magical. I mainly bought it to use on my legs for blood circulation and also my husband recently have a stiff back, I thought I could use on his back. It is much easier to massage with this tool and he is pleased with it. It is just a very sturdy piece of plastic. Best buy of the year I call it. I’m very happy with this purchase.

The tool is quite sturdy, a simple idea which has many uses. I place the tool against a hard surface which can be a chair, either under a leg or against the back, or the floor for example and use my body weight to provide a deep pressure point massage by simply leaning on it. Locate the spot which needs the massage by trial and error, maintain the pressure for a while which normally involves some pain and discomfort. This clan result in a perceptible release of spasm which feels like a rubber band twanging under the skin. Consult. a reference on how long. to maintain the pressure, most books say the pressure should only be maintained for a short while but I like to get good results so I do it for longer. A very useful tool for the price.

Learning to use these is essential if you want to get the best out of them. I'm still trying to work this out so can't really give them 5 stars yet but they help save your thumbs a bit and can provide a nice alternative to hands. best used with massage oil to prevent friction burns but be careful as they can slip very easily. Fun to use though. Would recommend but do also get on Youtube and learn some techniques.

As a husband who is regularly required to be on massage duty to my wife, I thank the heavens above for this neat and handy tool. I can remember spending many hours nursing my sore thumbs after a deep back rub session that my wife regularly needs. I felt like I needed therapy for my thumbs. Then in steps the 4 way massager. I can actually apply more pressure than ever before with no blowback of pain to myself. I can also do it one handed which means less need to focus purely on her. I vary the type of massage using the differently sized knobs and can go for as long as she needs the massage. Thank you, thank you, simple and easy. The best ideas always are :)

...but my husband who is the actual one who uses it on me for back pain says it still hurts his hands, plus I think it's harder to gauge how much pressure and where my bones are with this so I often get hurt. We've gone back to using hands but will be getting him a thumb massage support for his thumbs which are what hurt him in the first place. I think this tool would be much better if it were made of softer material, as it's just very hard plastic. On the other hand, I use it on my tight quads with massage gel or over the sheet in bed and it's very helpful in getting the deep tissue.

Really good acupressure device

I've suffered from knots throughout my trapezius for quite some time. The pain became so bad I would wake up with tingling in my right arm and hands. I used these for two days in the knotted area and woke up pain-free from the tingling. I've also used these on my lower back with massage oil to help deal with lower back issues. Again, it seems they have worked wonders. I would highly recommend these items and the sensation of targetting a knotted area...i just bliss. However, I feel a useful addition may be the inclusion of a DVD or a link to Youtube on how to get the best use out of the products.The products are well made, very robust and give a range of options to really get into knotted areas. Would I recommend them? Yes absolutely
