The media could not be loaded. I have bought this device for photography and it works very well as It rotates very smoothly. I have also attached a video sample. However, when you have it in hand because of the gap between the top and bottom I have impression that it can fall apart but in reality it seems to be a very solid device.It makes somes noises but it's not that loud. It also rotates both clockwise and anticlockwise. You can change the direction by double turning on and off the power button. The manual specifies that it can work 10 hours straight and it supports items up to 20kg.This is my first turntable and I would say it works for what I need it for. However, since I'm happy that it has all the above positives about it, I can't say the same about the price and some of its features. This device definitely needs some slight improvements.I would say, change the power source to batteries so that during a photoshoot the cable is not visible at the back and add another switch for directional change. Also, the metal plate at the back where you plug in the cable into the turntable looks like it's not that solid and it's going to fall apart any minute.Overall, it's a good product that needs slight improvements. Also, £42 is too high as I feel like for what we get, it should be around £20 - £30 mark.

I bought this to display a cake for an upcoming event, so haven't used it for its intended purpose just yet. I've tested it with some weights and it seems quite sturdy, even with the weight it turns without any issue. There is a low level noise which is to be expected but it certainly won't be noticed when there is background noise or conversation. It seems easy to clean, it's quite light for something that can hold a good weight and it's very neat, doesn't take up much space. So far it looks like exactly what I want.

Works as advertised. Variable speed would be nice, but the set speed is quite good. I use it for filming items and it works great for it.

I am extremely pleased with the two rotating stands that I have purchased. They were the 25kg size.I have not used them yet as they are for a wedding fair this coming Sunday where we are displaying two dummy wedding cakes which have lots of detail. One of the cakes is four tiers.I have however placed the cakes on the stands to try them them and they appear to work perfectly with a slow speed enabling the cakes to be shown to their full potential.The delivery was in the timescale advised.I did research many stands and this one was the best I could find to take the weight of the cakes and for the price.We can’t wait for Sunday to come for us to use them.

The fact that it doesn't make any loud noise while working is a big plus for me as I intend to use this in clips/videos.The turn table runs smoothly and there are no bumps at all. The surface is matte so there is no glare whilst filming/taking pictures. Overall, i would say this is a nice product ,worth the price.

Starting using it and noticed that it has a bit of a wobble, make a notices that does not sound right and shakes the item. Tried it on different surfaces and all the the same. Not great for film work.

yes its good, does what it says but doesn't take batteries and has a big chunky charger cable which is ugly, so not great if you can't hide that under cloth, also quite pricey for what it is, wish I'd looked harder on amazon as there are better ones, but I wanted white and couldn't find another white one

So the reason for me getting this is I make unboxing videos for my YouTube channel and the Mrs has an Etsy Store so we thought this would be perfect to show off items in a video. It seems fairly well made and it really is plug and play with a single switch for OFF/ON. When you switch it on it will rotate in one direction at one speed, then switch it off and then on again and the direction will change. The video I've included shows the actual speed then sped up until it rotates again as other wise the video would be a bit long and boring. So the slowest rotation that you see is the actual speed the table rotates at.
