Occasionally, due to illness, overindulgence, dodgy food or stress, I get stomach issues. I used to take Pepto Bismol, but that is quite difficult to get hold of in the UK. These little sachets are a great replacement and perfect for settling and calming a gripey stomach. They have been invaluable when travelling and have allowed me to attend work or social functions without spending the whole time in the bathroom! The main disadvantage of this medicine is that it doesn't taste very nice but at least it does not contain artificial sweeteners or flavourings. Overall, this Silicogel has helped me on many occasions and I always keep a few sachets in my wash bag for emergencies.

I had an unsettled stomach for several days , bloated, gurgly and just out of sorts. This product worked and almost settled my stomach immediately. Within in two days my stomach felt 100% again. A chalky taste, but not unpleasant, with no side effects, I would highly recommend it.

I have daily battles with Ibs symptoms and hate travelling I always make sure I keep these in my hand bag or in the car as they really do work. They taste horrible but stop any upset stomach feeling and symptoms. Very practical as well they come individually wrapped just knowing I have one in my bag helps reduce my anxiety about conducting daily activities with Ibs
