Got this for my lad for Xmas. Small issue that I couldn’t resolve. The team have been back in contact very quick even though it’s the Christmas period. I went up there today and they fixed the issue for me. Absolutely made up with the product and even more so with the customer service from the VenoScorp team. Thank you very much.

Bought this as a gaming pc for my grandaughter the screen stayed on long enough to set up computer, then went blank refused to work afterwards. Then bought another screen. Took 8 days to load a game, could not use computer why loading, the computer kept crashing would not stay on long enough saying WHEA unfixable Error we are collecting data we will restart computer, it does not even restart you have to do it manually. When switching on manually it keeps saying configuring windows please don’t switch off. When it sorts itself out it then crashes. Oh man now I had to replace screen but wasted over 200.00 in something that we cannot use! I haven’t got the money to buy another box, or even to have it fixed. So I suggest either don’t buy from this seller save a bit of extra money a pay for something better.

This product is exactly as described, my daughter uses it to play Among us, sims and Minecraft and we haven’t found no issues with it, we downloaded Netflix on there and now she uses it as a tv as well as a computer so it’s on for a few hours sometimes and still no issues at all, very happy

At the end of the day, this obviously is not going to be the best gaming bundle for the price. Everything works fine, your monitor does have speakers and it comes with a USB to connect to the internet, I didnt know this and I bought my own lol 🤦‍♀️ I will definitely be upgrading all of it but needed something to start with on a budget as it was a birthday gift. The monitor reflects sunlight very badly, its like a mirror. The mouse I don't like as I only have small hands, and the keyboard keys are big and chunky. Apart from that, it runs fine, bit slow to start, but I can play Sims on it just fine 🙂 Overall, its good for the price, but don't use it for anything too hard-core as it will struggle

I ordered this for my son's first pc, was a great buy but certain games were a little slow, after a while we decided to upgrade. I was talked through everything (in simpleton style so I understood 🤣) it was very straightforward, easy to follow and I now have one extremely happy child!

This product has failed on being able to play most games due to very old parts that are not compatible to modern games. Company refuses to refund although it's failed its own advertisement. This was brought as a Christmas present for my child and I have learnt the lesson of making sure I use a company that has history instead of taking a chance and wasting money and having a child unable to play his games. Not recommended to buy, look for better products.
