Great Quality product!
Item- Cappadocia , Turkey. The quality of pieces was great. Most importantly, i got all the pieces and no extras/ faulty ones. Received trays and reference pic as well. The pieces are quite thick, so no issues if you drop them or throw them around. Pro tip: If you feel any piece is not fitting well at any place, do not try to push / force it there, you'll end up damaging the piece while taking it out. The cut on pieces is unique, so if a piece is supposed to fit somewhere, it'll fit without much effort.

Took 2 days for a 25yr old to finish this up:) it will teach you patience. 500 is a good start even for adults if you are new to this

Not sure
1 piece missing and this we got to know only after we completed the puzzle. No one really counts the pieces when such puzzle arrives. So no scope to return.
