what is the difference between size BM and CD?

Idk, I don't recall BM or CD referring to size. Mine are a women's 8, an they're the best flip flops you'll ever own!

I don't know about a warranty. Didn't see anything but if they don't feel right, I would just return them for a refund. I think Amazon handles that, especially if you just received them. Good Luck!

Are all color selections orthotic? E.g. stone, onyx, etc.

Can this flip flop stand up to the sand on the beach?

Yes. This is my second pair. The first is still in great shape, I just wanted a different color. I've worn both nonstop at the beach. Comfortable, supportive and still in great shape.
