As a home baker I use meringue powder often in my frosting. This is a quality product for a much cheaper price than I’ve found at my local stores. It has no taste and doesn’t effect the texture of my final product.

I was happy to be able to get this brand online as I could not find it locally (SE Texas). I have been using LorAnn for several years and very pleased with the results.

I used this in a glazed lemon topping. It hardened perfectly. Going to try making meringues next.

I made icing for a specialty cake. I used more meringue than I thought was necessary.

Needed a quality product to make cookies. Just fine.

I do love it, but we could benefit from the container being bigger. I feel it runs out to quickly. This is why I switched to the americolor brand.

I could never get it right when it came to making meringue, and when I was trying to make the Royal frosting and it asked for meringue powder it was like a real discovery for me. I could not find it in the stores and had to search for it on the Internet, of course Amazon.com came through. Now I am not afraid of recipes that talk about making a meringue it is so easy and works exactly the way it should plus it is safer than having to eat raw egg whites.

What a great product very happy with it. I have been using it to do frosting & other bits on the bath bombs that I make. It works well with the bath bomb mix which i pipe on to the top of my bombs. Will be buying more of it.

Works well instead of using egg whites. Mixes up to make perfect icing and meringues.

I usually use Wiltons meringue powder but it hasn't been available and didn't want to pay an arm and a leg for it. So I sucked it up and went with a different brand - this brand. I have to say...BEST MERINGUE POWDER YET. Most likely will order again in the near future!
