Nebility Womens' Waist Trainer Workout Slimming Belly Band

Pros: The waist belt I ordered is great quality at a great price. It really supports my back and cinches my waist and it's really comfortable and easy to move in and doesn't restrict breathing. It doesn't flip up or slip. The sizing was pretty accurate for me.Cons: I thought it was more of a sweat belt with non-slip material inside but it isn't the material I thought it would be. I also think this is best suited for a short torso. I thought this one would cover from below the bust line down to the pelvic area but it doesn't which pushes my stomach up above the waist belt, and also just below.Overall, I think this is a great product but I would really like a full coverage product that has the non-slip material on the inside to create a thermogenic effect around the torso.

I have worn this trainer for about 4 weeks now and I must say for the price I love it. I was skeptical because of the price but I am a believer now. I have seen result already . It was rough in the beginning with the straps, but now I have no issue. I didn't even notice the difference in my waist it was my family members asked what I was doing and then I knew it was a result of the waist trainer. I notice I already lost a few inches of my waist. I do however where this trainer 8 hours a day when I'm at to work which is recommended. I have not work out in the waist trainer. I have only worn it at work where I mostly done sitting. Wearing this waist trainer plus drinking lots of water have helped me. I really recommend this product. Oh and yes it also good for your back helps with posture.

I waited a while to send this so that I could give a pretty decent review. So here ya go!I was actually instantly surprised at the products ability to relieve back pain and just give overall support. I'm a nurse and standing is my thing lol, so once it was on an the side straps tightened a bit, I felt very secure.now here's the thing, I never once thought about using this as a waist trainer or to flatten my stomach ! but hunny! .. has it done it all by itself inadvertently ! in a few weeks my waist is smaller and my shape is slightly more defined. I'm definitely not a curvy girl at all but this make it look like I could be! lol.Though I cannot wear this under tight fitting clothing as the Velcro straps are too thick for that, but under my uniform, its no problem at all. Id definitely buy more of these. Which I am soon as my partner after recent injures, needs the lumbar and abdominal support when walking.Thanks!!

I recieved my waist trainer the other day. I ordered it for two reasons, one to lose weight in my stomach area and secondly, to help with my back pains. From the moment I put it on, out the box, it felt great on my back. I wore it a few hours on Sunday and for 7 hours at my job. It felt great! However, the metal pieces along the side of the waist trainer rubbed my sides. I kept trying to adjust it. I haven't had it long enough to tell about the weight loss experience.Updated: it's was nice for about a week or two. Now it's rolling up....I can't explain it so I'll post pictures.

**UPDATE**As of today August 11, 2021. I Stopped wearing this about 2 weeks now. I have mild scoliosis,resulting in curvature to my spine. It's so deep if you pour water it would remain. I liked that about my back. The waist trainer started negatively altering my already curved spine, pushing my back further in, I didn't like the way it was looking and thought in the long run it would harm my health.***PREVIOUS REVIEW***I'm giving an early review to help others, because some of the negative reviews are due to improper use. I've been wearing this for a week and there is a noticeable curve to my waist already, replacing what was fat. As far as back support, I didn't have this problem so I can't attest to pain relief.It does straighten my posture however.I got it to re-train my waist and stomach muscles after doing some research about shapewear. My baby is 14 years old and I got tired of my c-section pouch. My mid -section does not sweat a lot, as some persons expected to experience wearing this. I only sweated a little but it's not necessary, I'm losing inches, that's what matters. If you're like me and that's what you want, go for it. I bought a medium, and could not strap that sucker on, I returned it for a large, that worked. Buy your t-shirt size, not the size you want to be, what you currently are.I work retail as a CSA, which I consider a workout and wear this for 8 hours comfortably. I'm strapping myself into it, of course I'm not going to tighten it to the point of suffocation. Slow and steady wins the race, as you lose inches, you will have to tighten more because it will be too loose, don't overdo it starting out too tight.

I purchased this waist trainer in April 2020. I wanted to use it for a couple of months before writing a review.I first started wearing it for about 8 hours a day and then changed to wearing it during my workout every other day.It fits perfectly! My normal clothing size is a medium and depending on how it runs, I can wear a large. I was not sure how true to size this item would be, so I got a size large. The great thing about this waist trainer is that it has Velcro. Although I got a size that was a little larger than what I needed, I was able to adjust it accordingly for the perfect fit. It is comfortable and supports my back very well. You can also pull it down a little so it can cover a bit more. I love it! I never work out without it, and I have encouraged my friends to purchase one. This is highly recommended!

I've had a few mostly copperfit back braces and they have always helped tremendously. I'm not giving them up. I ordered this one though more for my waist yet still back support. What's great is it's much wider sp it actually covers any backfat too. It's very comfortable. I highly recommend it!

I bought this to assist me post lipo 360. I used the measurement chart and it fits, but I wish I sized up for that extra Velcro room and ease of use. It’s good quality, a little straight cut... so doesn’t curve to fit my waist as much as I would like, but i strap it together in a downward v shape and that helps if that makes sense.

I ordered a size up and it still felt uncomfortable not fitted right , the material was cheap and thin too , don't recommend
