The seller was great with communication and making sure I liked the font and design before making it. I received it way sooner than I was supposed to. The sign is big and beautiful! I can’t wait to hang it up!

The item is wood not acrylic it's smaller in length that what was requested AND the width is also less than 2". The description is VERY misleading. Now if you want a wood piece with a vinyl finish it's nice but let people make a decision and be honest! - requesting a refund this is not the product I requested or ordered.

I’m not sure if it was cracked in the packaging. This item was broken before I could use it. The description says it’s made out of wood it’s NOT. It’s made out of the material that looks like wood but it’s like the material that’s paper mashed to look like it’s wood. INEVER GOT TO USE IT.I knew it was something when I asked to see a picture of the product created and the seller said they didn’t have it. Who creates products without taking photos?Buyer be Aware the product is not wood.
