Break during first 10 seconds when i used it on back. Was lucky not to get injured by sharp broken metal pipe. Never buy this

Just as advertised
It make your poster up right you most certainly can't move when you use it. Pretty smooth and easy plus can be stored away in nicely. Even my niece and nephew as old as 4 are using it and timing themselves. I'd say use 10 minutes a day.
