This product, sucks. It' one job is to suck earwax from your ear - but it doesn't have any form of suction whatsoever. I couldn't even pick up sugar from a table with this. When in the ear the only earwax I got out was the tiniest - and I mean TINIEST ITTY BITTIEST SMALLEST bit of wax - that was achieved with a scraping motion in the ear. This wax then didn't travel down the tube to the filter, it just stayed on the tip - like a q-tip/cotton bud. If you're considering buying this product because you want an alternative to cotton buds/q-tips or need something that will give a better clean in your ears - don't bother. Mine is in the trash already after one "use."

the product itself is a good idea,nice and handy to have and use but the suction is no good so I ended up cleaning my wax out of my ear manually with tool provided.

This is my third purchase of this device and someone who wears hearing aids this has been a game changer. Recommended for all who would rather maintain good ear health and avoid a build up of wax

What a wast of money and time! It just vibrates can’t even pull water let alone ear wax… went to do it professionally for £65. Didn’t send it back not only for hygiene reason but also didn’t want to waste any more tire or energy on it so I just binned it!

Suction was good but if u need more? then this is not the tool.
