Q: Can I change the combination code later?

Absolutely! Open the lock box with default "000". Then, slide the internal A/B lever to "B", set your new 3 - digit code, and slide the lever back to "A". We recommend testing the new code 2 - 3 times to ensure it works properly.

Q: I forgot my custom combination. How do I open the box?

Don’t worry—there’s no "lockout" feature! Start from "000" and test each code sequentially (001, 002... up to 999). For faster results, try numbers you use often (birthdays, addresses). Patience will help you find the right code.

Q: Is this lock box fireproof?

Our KYODOLED lock box is designed for basic security and organization of small items. It is not a fireproof safe. To protect your items from fire, we recommend storing them in a dedicated fireproof storage solution.

Cheap finish lock does not work

The outer surface has scratches and corner paint has peeled off. Locking does not happen even when you change the number.The money tray once you remove and keep it back the lid does not close there is a obstacle of the tray border.One needs to adjust the plastic tray .In case if you want to change the number the inside clip gets jammedI don’t want the product but Iam offered a replacement and not the refundAlways read replacement / refund conditions on Amazon before you order
