ParkerIM Monochrome Ballpoint Pen, Blue Ink, Blue Finish and Trims, Medium Point, Gift Box

I've been using this pen style for 30+ years. It is fidgit friendly with the clicker and just writes super smoothly. The blue color just sets itself apart. Looks like something three times the price. Everyone that sees it says they've never seen a pen like it and wants to use it.

When I was in high school, I used to write with a cheap Bic pen. It was all I could afford but they consistently "blobbed" - left ink marks on the paper that easily smudged. Since we wrote everything - no computers back then - a good handwriting and a clean presentation were key to papers and tests submitted for grading. Onc day, a teacher was writing with an original Parker T Ball jotter - a classic USA made pen with a great refill and a nice "click". He let me try it and I was hooked. Back then when a Bic was less than a quarter, the Parker was around $2.00. It was a stretch for me since my part time job paid $1.50 and hour but I saved up and bought one (still have it!!). It was the first slide on the slippery slope to becoming a pen geek. Anyway, when I saw this on Amazon, I decided that I had to have it for my collection. So glad I did because typical Parker quality is still there. The refill too is exactly like the original T ball refill - large capacity, zero "blobbing" and smooth writing. You have to know that Parker-style refills are found in many top quality pens so you know that these are great. I did pull back one star because the barrel is a little slippery making writing experience less than perfect (for me). However, don't be discouraged from trying this pen. It could be your "one good pen" because it's well made, has a nice "click" and a strong clip that holds the pen securely in your pocket.Overall, it works well for me despite the slight slippery feel - plus it's very pretty!

This item is thicker than the Jotter XL, slightly shorter, and slightly heavier. Perfect! It has the typical strong spring/action from Parker with very smooth writing. I recommend this over the Jotter XL and the blue color is nice, too.

My wife was jealous of a branded one I got at work so I opened it and looked at the ink cartridge inside to find the brand and got her one of her own. We both really like how smooth it writes and it has a nice substantial feel to it. The rose gold finish looks nice without being gaudy.

I actually got this because it matches my scrubs. It has a good firm click and is not their smallest barrel so it’s easier to hold.

It's going to make every other pen you use something you wouldn't mind losing
