The TSA lock is good quality. I bought this set mostly for the cables. They are quite useful for travel. I have used them to secure a smaller bag to a larger one, tether a bag to a post, extend the length of a clothesline with small carabiners, or lock a hotel room cabinet /drawers for security. Obviously any determined thief could get through them but it would at least slow them down I bit. The other many potential uses make them well worth the money

I ordered these cables and lock to secure a beach bag when traveling. I like that there are several different cable lengths. The diameter of the cables will go thru the zipper tab and handle loop of the beach bag, which will secure it easily. The lock also works well. I accidentally changed the initial setting without noting the new combination, but finally got it figured out.

Good quality and very thin, the cable could be cut with a scissor, but I rather not try it. The TSA lock alone is worth the purchase.

We ordered these to lock our bags to our table when in port on a cruise. Not full-proof but a great deterrent to someone grabbing your bag and running.

The cords are great and well worth the total price. I view the lock as a minor bonus. The reason? The lock strength is fine but the numerals are not properly highlighted. I bought different locks with numerals that are painted white. You want white numerals. Sadly, the numerals on the lock in this package deal are silver and impossible to read in dim light conditions. The lock is pretty much useless in train compartments and similar environments (you can certainly use your phone to illuminate the lock, of course-- that has been my strategy!). Please note that I'm happy with the overall deal.

I use this to lock up my snowboard and haven't had any problems with using it so far. It's not the most secure lock/wire set in the world but it serves its purpose well enough.

I am using these cables and the lock to lock luggage onto my motorcycle to prevent the luggage from being taken off the bike. The different lengths let me easily lock different sizes of luggage to the bike. The lock is easy to program. This is a very versatile item with the four different lengths of cable.

El candado es de bastante buena calidad y es muy fácil de cambiarle la combinación, además de que las correas son súper prácticas para amarrar tus maletas y evitar que la gente se las lleve. Yo las usé con la maleta que me llevé a la playa y la única forma en que alguien podría haberse llevado mis cosas era cortando el cable con unas pinzas de electricista, pero no es como si la gente vaya por la vida con unas pinzas en el bolsillo...

This is going to be perfect to hold our suitcases together on out trip around Europe

This works great for a low strength, low security lock. I use mine outdoors to prevent winter winds from blowing open my garden box but I need to wrap the smallest lanyard around it 3 times to close the gap far enough to stop it from whipping up too far. I’d love to have a 3” long lanyard included.
