This cushion was a huge disappointment, it's flat and not even heart shaped. It arrived vacuum packed and I hoped it would expand when left to air in a warm room fora few hours but it didn't, no depth to it and no shape. It also had an unsightly raised seam on the side which was prominent and bald of any fluff, sure how it made it past quality control.The fluffyness wasn't too bad but the other faults deemed it unsuitable.Returned for a refund.
