Cool

I got this and hung it up in my basement but just couldn't get into it. Apparently I'm more of a lift weights and use a treadmill guy now. Plus it rattled the entire house when I would hit it. I need to empty the bag out and pack it up to donate/give to a friend who'll use it.It's still a good product for someone who's looking to get some anger out by punching something.

Great punching bag!

I’ve only had this punching bag for about a week, but I love it. I used old blankets, towels, and clothes to fill it with. I bought a separate chain to hang the bag from a steel support beam in our basement. It’s a great workout and fun to use.
