Mike’s Hot Honey – Bold Flavor, Great Quality, and Sweet Heat Perfection
General Reviews Rating: 5/5 Mike’s Hot Honey lives up to its reputation as America’s #1 brand of hot honey with a deliciously balanced blend of sweetness and spice. The flavor is rich and layered — the natural sweetness of high-quality honey comes through first, followed by a warm, lingering kick from the infused chili peppers. It’s the perfect combination of sweet heat that elevates everything from fried chicken, pizza, and wings to cheese, biscuits, and even ice cream. The quality here is outstanding: the honey is smooth and pure, and the spicy infusion doesn’t overpower but complements the sweetness beautifully. The 10-ounce bottle size is ideal — generous enough to enjoy often without feeling wasteful or bulky. It’s certified kosher, gluten-free, and paleo-friendly, which makes it a versatile pantry staple for a wide range of diets and lifestyles. Mike’s Hot Honey also delivers excellent value for money. A little goes a long way, and it’s one of those condiments you reach for again and again because it genuinely enhances your favorite foods. Overall, this hot honey combines great quality, irresistible taste, and versatile use — highly recommended for anyone who loves a sweet yet spicy kick!

Sweet Heat Perfection – Addictive on EVERYTHING
I finally understand the hype around Mike’s Hot Honey. This stuff is unreal. The sweetness hits first—smooth, rich honey—and then BOOM, a perfectly balanced kick of heat that builds just enough to make every bite more exciting without overpowering the flavor. I’ve drizzled it on pizza, fried chicken, biscuits, wings, cheese boards, and even ice cream (don’t knock it till you try it). Somehow it makes everything better. The spice level is just right—not too mild, not “mouth on fire,” just that crave-worthy warmth that keeps you going back for more. You can tell it’s high quality: no artificial taste, no weird afterburn, just clean, bold flavor. The bottle design is great too—easy to pour and looks awesome on the counter. If you like sweet, spicy, or flavor that actually delivers, this is a must-have pantry item. Once you try it, regular honey feels boring. 🔥🍯 Instant staple. Worth every penny. Highly recommend.

Luv us Mikes hot honey
This stuff is so good you wanna put it on everything. I found it by watching a recipe that called for it. Not to much of a kick but just enough for taste.

Sweet, Spicy, and Perfectly Balanced
Mike’s Hot Honey delivers the perfect combination of sweetness and heat. It’s versatile enough to drizzle over pizza, fried chicken, cheese, or even desserts, adding a delicious kick without overpowering the flavor. The honey pours smoothly, and the spiciness is consistent, giving just the right amount of warmth. The packaging is convenient and easy to use, keeping the honey fresh and mess-free. Overall, a high-quality, flavorful product that’s become a staple in my kitchen. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys a sweet and spicy twist.

Good
Easy to use, not to spicy. Used on chicken and wings and burgers. Drizzled over French fires. It’s a little thick like honey but thins out as it gets heated. We like the flavor.

This stuff is great and has my full seal of approval
This stuff is great, if you use honey on anything you have to give this a shot. I used it on some smoked cream cheese and it was delicious. This spice level is just right, tangy and noticeable but not overwhelming. I can’t wait to try it with some other recipes. I will definitely be ordering again… and agin!!

Good For a Milder Heat
Although I prefer Mike's Extra Hot honey, this hot honey is the original, and it provides a mild heat along with the sweetness of honey. I like to use it as a side on a charcuterie board and to drizzle it on my homemade prosciutto pizza when serving people who can't handle the extra spice. The sweetness of the honey goes well with saltiness, and the hot pepper component adds complexity. The squeeze bottle make dispensing it easy and controlled so that you won't accidentally dump it all in one spot. Yes, this is more expensive than regular honey, but I would expect that. The bottle is small so I use it sparingly.

The only issues was our customs border here in Australia opened one fo the bottles to test. I get it, but take this into consideration when buying and importing through customs.

SO good! Not too spicy when using lightly, if you are weak like me and don't like crazy spicy foods LOL

I skimmed read the reviews here saying it’s not that hot but well balanced with honey. Well it ain’t. It is actually quite hot. I just marinade some chicken wings with quite a lot drizzles of hot honey in it…. Hope it will turn out delicious. I don’t enjoy super spicy food that is actually overtaking or overpowering the flavor. If it’s too hot, you can’t taste the food or enjoy it at all. I hope the marinaded wings is not the case! Actually it is not all that spicy when drizzled on food. It feels the kick in your tongue when you taste the honey as it is.
