The advance turn-by-turn reminder in locals usually prompts from about 50 feet or 30 seconds; and about half a mile on highways; Especially, it does tell the name of the next route/road;2. The recalculation typically only takes 2 seconds, which turned out to be extremely useful when traveling in some unfamiliar/complex conditions;3. The preview of the whole route gives the major road names and thus one could quickly have a holistic view of the whole trip;4. The map on the display is quite clear; it would be better if the screen could have anti-reflection functions; the maps can be easily updated following the instructions.

User manual is useless. Print 2 small. Must use magnifying glass to read print. Device has Nice large 7" screen. Not user friendly because of many options available ,e.g. FM, gps , navigation, multimedia, games, settings, naviconfig, tools. access is not easy because instruction from manual is not available due to very small print. Annual updates available without cost. Voice commands not clear, reflections during day operation washes out screen. Night times view of screen is great .Requested manual with larger print from vender. never received a response.

Terrible, indicates that I downloaded to country maps and when I arrived in the countries, I couldn’t even pull the maps up. The directions were convoluted on how to fix that issue, I even took it to computer shop to see if they could get it to work, they did not.

I found this GPS to up to date and relatively easy to use.

This gps is user friendly and well updated. This is my best friend now when i travel.
