I don’t feel any different at all…

This supplement has changed my life. I been having a very stressful time for months now. A lot of things out of my control that I had a hard time dealing with. I felt very moody, depressed, antisocial, and on the edge most of the time. When my mom came to visit me and staid with us for several weeks she advised me to get my hormone levels checked because I was happy one minute and mad the next. Of course I didnt pay attention to it at the time. several months after when year was coming to an end I was making my new years resolutions and goals that would help me find my happy self again. I figured it wouldn't hurt. when I read about benefits of maca supplements I started looking for product to order and came across this product. I liked everything I read about it so I ordered it. I started taking it right away after it arrived. Just days after taking it I started reeling better, more relaxed and calm, reacted better at bad news and even become more social. Even my period that was almost two months late at the time for mysterious reasons probably stress (I definitely wasnt pregnant) showed up after a couple of weeks of taking it. It was very light and unusual but at least it showed up, and then exactly 28 days later I got period again. I am normally not that regular so it was nice surprise. It was heavy first couple days and then very light for a few more days, which was much shorter and easier than my regular periods used to be. I love this supplement! I started healthy lifestyle at the beginning of the year also and really feel like a million bucks! It helped me to come back being myself again. I highly recommend this product. It really works!

I purchased this product on amazon and when it arrived they had sent me the wrong thing, I got the supplement for menopause although the sticker on the bottom did say "macaharmony". I returned it and went to wholefoods to purchase the correct item and I am so glad that I did! I am 26 years old and I had been taking the birth control pill for about 7 years when I decided to stop. I stopped birth control in November of 2014 and the first couple of months actually weren't that terrible. But by March of 2015 pretty much every thing that I had read could start happening to you when your hormones are out of whack had started to happen. I had terrible PMS for almost two whole weeks before my period where I was bloated and completely exhausted and emotionally all over the place. Even when I wasn't PMSing I was crying all of the time and my face, back and chest were breaking out terribly and my outlook on life was not good. I started taking Macaharmony while I was PMSing and got my period like normal that month. Less than two weeks into taking it I was no longer tired all the time or crying about everything and I just felt all around happier and more energetic! I wanted to wait until I got my next period to write a review to see if it continued to help me. I got my period a couple of days ago with no warning at all (other than the app that I use to track my periods). Even when I was on the pill I would have back pain a day or two before my period and I would be easily aggravated. That did not happen at all this month. My cramps were lighter and my mood is fantastic! I basically cannot even tell that I am on my period at all which has never happened to me! I have always had terribly cramps my first day and then sort of low grumbling cramps for the next two. This month I only had cramps for the first couple of hours which were easily remedied with ibuprofen. My face is starting to clear up a little bit but my back and chest are still breaking out pretty bad. My acne is literally the only symptom I have left from coming off of birth control. I know that this can take longer to clear up and balance itself out but I did also just order Vitex to see if that will help at all as I have read that taking the two together after coming off of birth control can help. Over all I am amazed that this has helped me so much in such a short amount of time! I wish I had known about this years ago! I have never been happier with a product and am sure my results will only get better in the coming months. I would recommend this to every woman!! If you're even just considering trying this just do it! You will not be sorry!

I have never really gotten into the whole naturopathic bandwagon until recently. I've always been skeptical. Since the birth of my son my PMS symptoms were out of control; I was moody, brooding, grumpy, irritable, tired, and just generally unpleasant. Which then made me depressed because I felt like a bad mom and a worse wife. I was determined to find something to ease these symptoms, because that just isn't *me*. While at Whole Foods I stumbled upon this product while picking up some probiotics for my kiddo. I decided to try it, because nothing else I was doing was working. I eventually increased my dosage to 4 a day and am on my 3rd month of taking them. And I'm blown away. I am consistently happy (when appropriate), I'm not nearly as emotional (or crazy), and I just feel "Normal" again. Which is a big deal when you felt like a psychotic for three years. It seems that it is still working on my cycle - it used to be 22 days (which is a problem) and now my cycle is slowing stretching out to be longer, which is fine by me since we've been having fertility issues; but it's still regular and consistent. Macaharmony has also managed to ease my cycle symptoms; I'm less crampy, less bloated, and it seems to have lightened the flow. And I have noticed there isn't as much clotting as before. All in all I'm very happy with this shot in the dark I took when purchasing this product. If you have severe PMS issues, irregularity in your cycle this is definitely the product for you; be sure to take note that the $36 price tag is a 60 day supply (if you are taking 2 a day). I believe this is a high quality product and the customer service is great. I was using Macalife for 2 years (started at age 41) with mixed results. It sometimes felt like it helped me with my hormonal imbalance that result in sleep issues, but then it would stop working and I would take a break. I emailed customer service to get recommendations and they said I should try Macaharmony (I’m 44 now). I do like the way I feel on it a lot better, my mood is better, my cycle has regulated, sleep is better. But with a huge negative side effect that I decided I can’t live with after being on it for almost 4 months is weight gain and fluid retention which causes my face to look bloated and puffy. I didn’t connect it to Macaharmony at first bc I didn’t have these issues with Macalife but that lets you know the formulas are truly different with different effects so make sure you’re choosing the right one. I’m glad I finally figured it out though bc I was wondering why I looked so terrible lately with my puffy face. I still haven’t decided if I’ll go back to Macalife and just cycle so I don’t form a tolerance or try something else entirely. I’m thinking of trying Shatavari instead as a recommendation from ChatGPT.
