I needed a good women’s multivitamin because I was feeling like crap. I was definitely lacking in vitamins because my diet is not that great. I know that Mary Ruth Organics is a great, clean brand as I also give my son their child gummies. The flavor is delicious and not overwhelming. They are nice and soft and chewy. I have been taking these for about a month and a half and have definitely felt an improvement in my mood and energy levels. They are a little pricey but I have them on subscribe and save so I can get them for less. Overall these taste great and definitely make me feel much better. I definitely recommend them.

So far I love these vitamins, it’s day 4 of taking them and I have nothing negative to say. As someone with a sensitive stomach, they can be eaten without food and cause zero stomach upset. They taste good, came in good condition, and have lots of vitamins! I struggle with food textures so this is a great way to make sure I'm not super nutrient deficit.
