Is this mouthwash supposed to have white clumps inside?

I noticed there's white clumps at the bottom of mine, can't remember if they were always there. Is this safe?

I noticed that after a while the liquid gets foggy. Is that normal?

Yes that is normal, just shake it before each use...

Does this strength enamel?

What is the shelf life?

Each bottle has an expiration date. Mine says 08/24. I would think each bottle has their own date.
