BelGioioso Smoked Fresh Mozzarella 2 Lb (2 Pack)

I use this to add a more complex flavor profile to my homemade pizzas. Since it's so pricey, I substitute it in for about 30-50% of the plain mozzarella.

I use it for cooking and snacking...I am still looking for the 5 lb brick...It is super delicious......
