Very good resource to make required reading for any team or company. It works just trust the process. The audio book is great also.

I ordered 102 books for each member of my team. The book is written by a marine and talks about the importance of owning your actions whether good or bad. The authors use Military training concepts and relates them to the corporate world today where a #1 issue is not owning your actions and how that can hurt a team. The workbook is outstanding!
