Great indeed! So simple, logical and scientific approach easy to understand a subject being preached in Upanishads since thousands of years!Ved And Upanishads call Neti Neti to eliminate things physical and mental from consciousness which obscure realisation of true nature of self.Heare nothingness is used for Neti.The whole series of books needs to be read one by one to enlighten ones views.

Once started this book I could not stop to finish it. Really a practical guide to explore nothingness. Very short and concise and easy to use in daily life.Thanks Sukhdev🙏🙏
