Where are these made?

Recycled tires.....reinforced rubber, I suppose. They are extremely durable....thus the high price. You won't have to buy many in a lifetime. I am 70 and I think I have been through 2, maybe 3.

I need a certain size of mat. Will I be able to cut the mat to resize it?

This is one of the few floor mat items we carry that are difficult to manipulate in the field. These mats are constructed of rubber links strung together with metal rods and, in order to modify the mat size, not only would cutting the rubber be a bit cumbersome, but cutting/adjusting the metal rods could be quite cumbersome at best. If a custom size is needed we're happy to provide a price to produce the desired size (lead time is about 7 working days). Just fyi - these mats do expand/contract a little bit given their overall construction so, if you only need to modify size very minimally, a standard size mat may still work for you.

Is the 24" x 36" 108h2436 durite recycled tire-link outdoor entrance mat, herringbone weave, or is the color black / yellow material rubber as below?

Are these attractive, for like a cute, farmhouse rustic look in front of the front door?

I lived my life in rural Wisconsin and they were very common for farm houses. They are almost indestructible and work really well for wiping your shoes before going in the house. I also remember one in from of the door of our rural church and our rural school. They lay flat and won’t blow away. I am not sure how ‘cute’ they are, but it would be appropriate if you are looking for a rustic look. I have had some really ‘cute’ door mats. Either they are too cute and people don’t want to wipe their feet on them, or they don’t last or don’t absorb the water on shoes.
