Wonderful especially the spiky ball
I have wide feet and a very high arch. I'm also a heavy set lady. I wear size 9 wide in shoes. I have tendonitis as well as plantar fasciitis. My absolute favorite thing in this pack is the spiky ball! Other people have said it's flimsy plastic that's easily deflated but mine is a very hard plastic and since I have very thick skin on my heels with calluses I can push down very hard and it doesn't hurt at all. It feels very very good actually and I can tell it gets the circulation going. I'm sure I'll use the ball every day. My 2nd favorite item is the compression sleeve. Mine doesn't slip at all on me like others have said and I'm sure it's because of my wide feet. These give me feet a sense of support. 3rd favorite is the strap on arch support. It does feel strange and slightly uncomfortable to walk on what feels like a ball but it really helps when I step to not put all my weight onto my heels and front part of my foot. I actually think this item is most beneficial though it's still just my third favorite. 4th fave are the heel sleeves made out of silicon. When you put them on they are nice and cool and feel good on hot sweaty feet like I have. If you have tight shoes these will be great to protect the back of your heel from rubbing against your shoe. However, they make your heels sweat and when you take them off they smell bad and leave a light black discoloration. My least favorite I guess is the shoe insert and only because it's so short and you can only use them in one pair of shoes because of sticky tape back. I still like it though. I would've paid this price for the spiky ball and compression sleeve alone though. Much less foot pain so far. Not a miracle cure but grade wise, an improvement of an F up to a B- and for me that's great. I would say most of the items are designed for average to wide width feet so if you have narrow feet, you may only benefit from the spike ball and inserte. I highly recommend

Love the stuff I use out of this kit for Plantar Fasciitis
Overall, I liked the kit, but its usefulness depends on your lifestyle. I'm not a doctor or medical professional, so the notes below are only based on my person experience. Please consult with a doctor to ensure proper recover from your Plantar Fasciitis so you can avoid life-long problems and surgery. The compression sleeves become a little painful when worn continuously, so I make sure to have time without them on when changing clothes. That said, I love the amount of compression and it brings immediate relief.I like the spiky ball - it's great in the morning and evening after writing the alphabet in the air with your foot. You can get in these areas where it gets that same relief like scratching an itch. The silicone bits seem nice, but I've not found them very practical. The arch supports are great for at home when I'm not wearing shoes, but they take some real time to figure out the best spot to place them for comfort and when to wear. Early in the recovery process usage was painful at first. I recommend starting with short amounts of time and be prepared to continue your other recovery work when not wearing since this extra stretching makes everything want to get really tight afterwards. If you're reading this because your have plantar fasciitis, I'll add that I had a lot of trouble tolerating night boots. The hardened tops felt ineffective and/or uncomfortable, and the hard bottoms were difficult to wear early in the process because my leg pushed out into the straps while I slept. I found that lace up ankle braces do a great job of keeping the foot at a decent angle while maintaining softness for sleeping. This is the type brace with laces, as well as straps that crisscross from under the foot and onto around the bottom leg area.

Seems to Help
I have plantar fasciitis pretty bad and bought this kit not knowing much about how to treat it. I am a runner and stopping for a long period of time is not an option. The ball helps a little but mostly just eases the pain somewhat by stretching out the muscles. The compression socks didn't help me at all, just squeezing my foot and actually causing more discomfort. I haven't tried the gel heel supports. The soft arch supports DID really help. I have been using them for only a couple weeks and the improvement is significant although not completely healed yet. I like that I can wear socks over them and get support from whatever shoes I wear or if I am walking around the house without shoes, I still get the support. At times it feels like I'm walking on a ball but at other times I can hardly feel it at all. I haven't used the clear gel shoe inserts yet, but I assume they provide similar support as the soft arch supports, without the ease of moving around between different shoes or going without shoes. I also use a night splint as well which can be uncomfortable because it's like sleeping in a ski boot. But it does help. I knew it wouldn't heal quickly, but hopefully it will heal completely.
