Es excelente para mantener mi azúcar en niveles normales, sólo utilizo este suplemento 2 pastillas 3 veces al día con mis comidas y me va excelente. Muy recomendado y con una dieta balanceada, yo hago mis comidas y también cuando deseo me como mis postres.

These capsules are bigger and make it harder for me to swallow. They are not average sized capsules.

I'm am an avid believer and user of supplements, but reviewing them is problematic, and my results may not be your results for these reasons:1) I am not a laboratory scientist, I do not play one on tv, nor do I know one, so who knows what’s exactly contained in them.2) It is difficult for consumers to see any actual difference in how you feel within a few days to a couple of weeks. Some supplements take as much as ninety days to see results.3) Even if we do notice a difference, we all take other meds or supplements that may affect our results one way or the other.4) We all have different physiologies, and are just different in so many ways (lifestyles etc). But we can hope for the best when we see others having positive actions going on, that are attributed to said supplements.So my personal non doctor opinion of my own results:Helps with my inflammation

I've heard a lot of good things about this supplement. Hopefully it lives up to it.

I got this item mainly because of the busy lifestyle i have, 50+ hour work week, 3 kids, married and so on. Needed something that was natural and provided a energy boost when needed. At first, I did notice much difference, but one must take for some time for the body to get used to it. After about a week or so I started feeling the differences in having more energy and not feeling so tired. I like the fact that it has turmeric for inflammation, I have to stand on my feet allot and always had some swelling around the ankles, but since taking I have noticed a little bit less swelling on my ankles.Also, I have had no side effect while taking the supplement which is a great thing. The price is very reasonable for the amount that you are getting. Yes, I would recommend this item.
