These are delicious. I put them with gifts for X-MAS everyone love the Summer sausage and original. One was sour but they froze it then unfroze it so not sure if that affected it. I would buy them again as they are grass fed and finished.

These beef sticks are some of the healthiest, best-tasting snacks on the market. They're not cheap, but they are good value for money. Their compact size makes them easy to pack in you car, backpack or purse for a healthy, protein snack when needed. The fat content is minimal, but certainly adds to the overall flavor. The only issue is the packaging. We've been getting these regularly for more than a year, and nearly every time the "Peel Here To Open" end of the stick is actually sealed. It's like the machine is missing the mark, so you have to use scissors and that makes them way less convenient. Seems like a simple fix.

I really enjoy this product. The flavor is great not spicy, hard or dry like some other products I have tried. They are moist and soft. I like that I can easily grab them and keep at my desk when I need protein at work and not have to worry about heating or chilling it. These are super fresh I have not had any issues with so far. These also are not super fatty or chewy like some other brands, great texture for chewing on.

I kept seeing these advertised on tv. I love beef jerky and sometimes beef sticks. I am kinda picky. I like jerky better then sticks so was a little worried of the price and not liking these. Im so glad I did! I think I like these as much as jerky! All the flavors are good. I like the jalapeno and the summer sausage the best. But I would turn down any of them. The summer sausages have a denser texture then the other flavors. Which isnt good or bad. The others have a soft texture. I was also worried about some of the reviews on quality. All mine were fresh and no mold. Some flavors are definitely harder to open then others. Nothing a quick snip or cut won't fix. It seems to coincide with certain flavors were harder to open. Highly recommend.

The sticks are firm and moist, nicely flavored and are simple to carry around as a quick snack or extra protein boost. I found I have less interest in sugary or carb-filled snacks by eating a quality protein source. Many other brands I've tried are hard, dry, heavily spiced and don't really taste natural. Not so with Paleo Valley. As a company, I found them to be very health conscious and have other supplements available, along with really useful educational tips for a healthier lifestyle. I think it's important to leave good reviews when I find something that's exceptional quality and Paleo Valley fits that bill.

It's a pepperoni stick waaaaaaay overpriced, in my opinion. I bought the multipack for $73 on Black Friday. Had a jalapeno this morning. Very mild flavor. Couldn't tell it was jalapeno. Did not leave a nasty taste in my mouth which some "pepperoni sticks" do. Would make a good snack in the office. I too found it mushy, but that wasn't off-putting. The price is the reason for the 3 stars.

Ugh, I wish these weren't so pricey, but I know it's because of the high-quality and I really do care about that. I'm willing to pay a bit more of grass-fed and finished meat. And these are the perfect quick snack. They're delicious, they're not hard and impossible to bite/chew like some meat sticks, and they give you clean nutrition. I didn't find them particularly greasy either. The packaging is impossible to open, but I wonder if I got a bad set - all of them are fully sealed at the top where normally there are two pieces so that you can peel the package open. All of mine require scissors to cut open which is frustrating but not the end of the world. Again, not sure if that's standard packaging or just a flaw on the ones I got. In any case, they are great and I have already repurchased!
