Does the cover on the lense of the case comes off so I can take pictures with the case on?

There's no cover on the lease when the camera is in the case but you would not be able to see from the back of the camera with the case still on

Can you attach a neck strap or is there only a spot on one side for the wrist strap?

It comes with strap and camera case for that's equivalent to a cross body bag except the case is for a camera and not a bag to put other stuff in and yes you can change the length of the strap to make it longer or shorter

Does every picture print or can I choose which ones to print?

Every picture print since you take it you can't chose which ones you want.... if you take a pic it'll print
