The size of these may have deterred some people from purchasing these and I would like to reassure everyone that although these may seem off putting, they are surprisingly easy to take due to a coating on them. I purchased these as they contain majority of essential vitamins and supplements and these were cheaper than purchasing numerous vitamins individually. I was a little concerned by the size of tablets as I sometimes struggle to take tablets myself, even common pain relief tablets cause issues. These I decided if I had a problem I would break in half and take them. However I tried to take them entire with small glass of water and was surprised that I barely noticed them being swallowed. No issues at all and feel great, no taste or aftertaste. To early to say that I feel 20 years younger and fitter, but perhaps in time?

I’ve been using these for a few weeks now and really like them. My energy feels more balanced, and my skin looks brighter — I think that’s down to the marine collagen and hyaluronic acid. It’s nice knowing I’m getting so many nutrients in one tablet instead of juggling a bunch of different supplements. I also like that they’re made in the UK, gluten-free, and contain no GMO ingredients, synthetic fillers, or binders — that gives me confidence they’re a cleaner, more natural formula. The tablets are a little on the large side, but that’s not a big issue for me. Overall, it’s a well-made, women-specific supplement that actually makes a difference. Pros: noticeable results, clean ingredient list, no synthetic fillers, great all-in-one formula. Con: tablets are slightly large.

I bought these to primarily to support my bone health. Easy to use. Though the tablets are quite big, like a lot of other multi-vitamins, for me, they are not difficult to swallow. They have no particular smell and leave no after taste. They seem to be good quality and the concentration of vitamins D and K is good, exactly what I was looking for. It is not possible for me to evaluate their effectiveness, since, like all other products one actually consumes, this can only be assessed after consistent use for a prolonged period of time. Comparing it to other same-type products, I think they're a fairly good value for money and, unless I come across a product that I think could be better, I will repurchase.

yes, these tablets are large and you have to take 2, but they're easier to swallow than you think. I can't say if they make a difference or not as i've only been taking them for a couple of weeks, but i'm sure they must do. As a post menopausal 50 something, it seems to include pretty much everything and the price is great

Geschmacksneutral, sehr groß!!!, bei Kontakt mit Licht entstehen sofortige Reaktionen in Firm von dunklen Punkten (vermutlich das Eisen)

Die Tabletten sind leicht zu schlucken. Bereits nach einer Woche fühlte ich mich tatsächlich fitter und die Haut fühlt sich besser an. Hab sie gleich wieder nachbestellt
