Overall good, but stitching is not up to the Mark.

It's best thing to pump muscle fast even with light weights use it and feel Don't wrape it too tight it must be 75% tight not 100% otherwise your hand will get numb its easy to wrap it's adjustable Velcro makes easy to use Love this product value for money

Absolutely poor and weak quality. Its stitches are coming off after just 2 days of usage. Velcro coming off as well. I don't think it will last more than a month. Size is small too for anybody having 18-19+ Inch biceps.

Works well but the size is a little small for my bicep so its difficult to put on and sometimes it pinches your skin
