Great stuff!
This is my absolute favorite protein powder. I have tried different powders over the past years and always head back to the Alpha Lion. The protein mixes easily and actually taste good. It is one of the more expensive proteins on the market but I would say it is 100% worth it. This protein is actually enjoyable to have on a daily basis. No bloating and no weird after taste like some other proteins. 100% recommend.

Surprisingly tasty
The taste is pretty spot on, I also like how the candy tastes like the real thing. It mixs well. There is a ever so slight chemical taste but it's significantly less than other protein powders I've had and It's hardly noticeable.

takes effort but it tastes great
tldr: stirred with 24oz Lactaid creates the most perfect peanut butter milkshake and a few pieces of candy at the end I'm dairy sensitive and a longtime lover of Dynatize Iso100 but I wanted to try another brand. Alpha Lion is more expensive per ounce but I was interested in the PB Gains aka Reese Pieces one. I tried several times to get the taste and texture to my liking: Shaken in Blender Bottle with water = meh, watery tasting Shaken in Blender Bottle with Lactaid = better taste but way too foamy and the bubbles never settled Stirred w/ 8oz Lactaid = clumpy, slimy-feel going down Stirred w/ 24oz Lactaid = with some patience getting all the clumps, this is the most perfect peanut butter milkshake and a few pieces of candy at the end. Interested to see how this would fair in a Ninja Creami... Compared to my beloved Dynatize, this is too much effort to make, more expensive, and not noticing any performance difference so I'll likely not repurchase.

Utterly Disappointed: A Letdown in the World of Protein Supplements
I've been a dedicated bodybuilder for two decades, always on the lookout for products that could potentially enhance my fitness journey. It's safe to say I've sampled a wide array of protein powders over the years, from the most raved about to the lesser-known brands. That's why it pains me to write this review about ALPHA LION Superhuman Whey Protein Powder in the Anabolic Cereal flavor, which, regrettably, has fallen far below any expectations I might have had. From the moment I opened the tub, I was hit with an overpowering smell that was less reminiscent of any cereal I've ever enjoyed and more akin to a laboratory full of chemicals. Giving it the benefit of the doubt, I thought perhaps the taste would redeem it. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The flavor was overwhelmingly artificial, leaving a lingering chemical aftertaste that made it nearly impossible to stomach. It's bewildering how this product passed the taste test phase of development. I've always believed that supplements should complement your health and fitness routine, not detract from it. However, this protein powder has been a massive step in the wrong direction. The essence of a good protein powder lies not just in its nutritional profile but also in its palatability. If the taste is off-putting, it becomes a chore to consume, which is the last thing you want in a supplement that's supposed to support your bodybuilding endeavors. In conclusion, I cannot recommend ALPHA LION Superhuman Whey Protein Powder Anabolic Cereal flavor. It's disheartening to see such a promising product fail so significantly in delivering a palatable experience. There are countless other protein powders on the market that offer both high-quality nutrition and enjoyable flavors. My advice? Steer clear of this one and look elsewhere for your protein needs.

Go for it
Very good, well balanced flavor. Not heavy or chalky and nasty after taste.

Highly recommend
Best protein I have tried (and I’ve tried MANY brands). Texture and consistency is perfect!

Run don’t walk to another brand of protein powder!
I mix my protein powder with almond milk and it gives off this VERY artificial taste. I’m not looking for 100% clean protein powder but for the $$ that is spent on this label the chocolate flavor shouldn’t really taste like off brand artificial flavor. Chocolate should taste like chocolate, end of story. I refuse to try this with water! I’m not even a few scoops into the mixture, I’ve had about 3 shakes since buying in late May 2025 and I can’t tolerate the taste! That says a lot coming from someone who actually buys off brand Walmart protein powder! 4/10 don’t recommend buying this brand of costly artificial chocolate flavor coco puffs. The cereal tastes more chocolate tasting than this stuff!
