Best caja purchase. I do have to say it’s a little heavy and I ordered the small. I’m 5’0 and currently weigh 146. I got it post partum after my c/s and it covers and supports my incision well. My pre pregnancy weight was 133 and this small fit me a little tight. My hubby had to put it on me the first week but slowly I’m able to now button it up myself and a little more loose. Feel like it works better than any other wrap. Cant wait to see results!

I ordered 2 sizes down and should’ve only ordered 1 size down. The fit is very snug and you really feel the compression. If you’re looking for comfort, I would stay true to size; if you’re looking for compression, size down but know that it will be moderately uncomfortable to sit for long periods of time. This corset is durable and you can tell it’s good quality. There is some stretch on the hook areas and more so on the bands. I have actually ordered another one only one size down because of the quality and good value for money spent.

Immediately after putting it on, i felt so so beautiful. I have only worn it for an hour but felt compelled to tell everyone how much this has boosted my confidence. The quality of the trainer is incredible. Hooks easily and velcros nicely. I still have yet to exercise with it on because I have only worn it for a couple hours cleaning around the house, so i will try to come back and let you know how exercising with it on is!

I’m 5’3 and I weigh 170 right now I’m usually around 135 but anyway I got a small size since I have a relatively short torso and everyone was saying size down, it’s extraordinarily tight for me right now and I can only wear it for about 20 mins at a time but its thickness of the material is great quality. Definitely holds me all the way in and isng comfortable right now but I’m hoping to lose weight soon, maybe I should have gotten a medium and it wouldn’t be as though to wear but I’ve got goals lol

It’s a good fit around the stomach area however the shoulders and back part was a bit too loose for me.
