Badly damaged packaging & short BB date
This was bought for a gift - Very expensive but bought because they are a favourite of the recipient yet they’ve arrived and look completely battered. The packaging is ripped and bent and looks awful. Can’t give as a gift!The best before date is also really short, look like they’ve been kicking around for a while! Really disappointed. Tried to return but won’t allow me! Terrible. Do not buy from here

End of shelf stock, full prices
The chocolates have a sell by date which expires in 27 days! These were supposed to have been a present for Monday, but it looks as though I have been charged full wack for end of shelf produce (Xmas stock?). Really disappointed
