Received this item ahead of schedule. It is perfect for my heavy bike. The ramp makes it very easy for loading and off loading my 75+lb e-Bike. Assembly was easy and the hitch system is very sturdy. This enables me to explore areas I never thought I’d ever see. This is a great value and very easy to use. The function is easy. The built in lock is an added deterrent to theft.

Works awesome , great product , built strong

Did not handle the load it stated it was capable of. My e-bike is 79 lbs and my fiancée’s weighs 65. . The thing bent in half when loading hers….didnt even try mine …

Don't buy the lights kit to go with this, the handle bolts are on so tight they can't be removed per ights kit instructions with 5 mm hex and calling saris for help gets nothing but them saying "use 5 mm hex tool". Not helpful.

This works reasonably well at supporting the bike via the fender but does stress the fender in doing so. I've had to readjust my fender after a long drive. Overall, I think it's a pretty good solution. I found that it fits against the fender better if you attach it to the support arm upside down. I've also wrapped it in foam padding to keep it from scratching up the fender.

Very happy with this bike carrier. No more straps to come loose . Very stable , convenient cable lock Attached to rack.

Then it promptly got hung up at Fed Ex receiving facility for days lol.

The item is ok. But the package came re-taped, missing instructions or paperwork of any kind, boxes inside open with accessories and screws spilled out, some marks and clear signs of usage. It’s very clearly an open box item.
